Q - How does the refund process work?

A - You don’t have to worry as your payment is protected under Stationerydubai.ae. We take anywhere from 7 -14 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from.

Q - When will I get my refund?

A - Your refund will happen as per the below-mentioned timelines. Please note that the refunds are dependent on external agencies such as banks & payment gateways.

What are the Terms and Conditions for return/replacement?

Our return and exchange policy ensures that you have a hassle-free shopping experience with Stationery Dubai. Our service guarantees your purchase and gives you 100% of your money back in case we falter on our commitments.

Following are the terms and conditions for return/replacement.

  • Products must be in their original condition
  • Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted
  • Brand packaging should be intact
  • Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website

I am not satisfied with the quality of the product I received. What should I do?

Don’t worry! If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, we request you to report your concern through our Contact Us form within 7 days of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange a pickup for the product within 3 working days of receipt of your complaint, check for the product quality and if approved, we’ll initiate refund/replacement of the product as per your request.

What do I do if I receive a faulty product?
If you receive a faulty product, we request you to Contact Us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 3 working days of receipt of your complaint and inspect the product. If the product is found to be faulty/defective, we’ll exchange it for you/refund the entire amount, as per your request.

How can I return the product received from Stationerydubai.ae?

A - If you receive a wrong product, we request you to report your concern through our Contact Us form within 7 days of receipt of your order. We’ll get back to you and arrange reverse pickup for the product within 3 working days of receipt of your complaint.

Q - What do I do if the product received is physically damaged?

A - If you receive a physically damaged product, we request you to report your concern through our Contact Us form within same day of receipt of your order. You will then be requested to share images of the product. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 3 working days of receipt of your complaint, check for the physical damage and if approved, we’ll initiate refund/replacement of the product as per your request.

Q - How long will it take to cancel my order?

A - We take 1-2 business days to cancel your order and initiate refund if applicable. You will be intimated once cancellation is complete.

Q - Is there any item not eligible for return/replacement?

A- Products which were sold as products which were sold as combos/sets, clearance or promotion item are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.

Any Seal opened branded or non-branded electronics, laptops, desktop, mobiles, projector, Printers toners & Cartridges, shredder, bind machine, laminator, cash handling machines etc....cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the product as they can’t be resold.

A- YES there are delivery & return charges apply.

Warranty / Guaranty

Q - What do you mean by Service Warranty?

A - Service Warranty is for 1 year which will provide you with no labor and no service charges, but if there are any parts that needs to be replaced or repair, you will have to pay for the parts. It will also provide you with 14 days guarantee that is; if your unit is dead due to manufacturer’s warranty we will replace your unit with no additional charges from your side.

Q - What do you mean by Extended Warranty Package?

A - All our products in the Electronics category are covered by Service Warranty. Basically, Service Warranty will provide you with no labor and no service charges.

We also have an extended warranty package for 1, 2 and 3 years available for your device. You can also upgrade your Service Warranty into 1 Year Warranty Package or Extend your Warranty up to 2 or 3 Year Warranty Packages.

These packages will cover the parts of the unit. (Except the Physically Damaged Unit). There will be an additional payment required for the extended warranties starting from AED149.

Q - How do I claim for warranty?

Within UAE

Most of the items we have on our site are covered by Manufacturer Warranty which can be claimed by any of the authorized service centers where we will send across instructions to your email.

Alternatively you can send it across to our office location where our team will inspect the unit and will provide the necessary updates once the unit is ready for collection at our office.


Outside UAE

You will need to send across the unit to us via courier to our office where our team will be able to inspect the unit and provide a diagnostic report on this.

Q - What is the warranty of the item I am ordering?

A - The Warranty period is mentioned clearly among the details of the products.

For your convenience let us put it here. All the electronic products we sell are covered under Service Warranty, by which you need not pay any service charges up to one year from the date of purchase. However, there is an option of extending your Service Warranty up to 2 or 3 years, and is called the Extended Warranty Package.

Extended Warranty Package cost starts from 49AED depending on the number of years of warranty you want to take.


Shipping & Delivery

 

Q - Why have you mentioned Free Delivery in UAE but I am being charged?

 

Shipping inside UAE

 

We do offer Free delivery across UAE however, a nominal processing fee of AED25/- will apply for delivery on orders below AED300/-.

 

In order to avail the Free Shipping Option, items can be added to your cart to reach an order value on or greater than AED300/-. Additionally, priority shipping will be applicable to a charge of AED 30/-

 


Shipping outside UAE

 

Standard shipping rates apply when shipping outside UAE which is calculated at the time of checkout.

 

Q - How do I track my order?

 A - To track the progress of your order, you can login to your account dashboard where you'll be able to view at what stage your order is in. Orders are generally dispatched from our location within 1 to 2 business days unless they are delays which is beyond our control where we will intimate accordingly via email.

Q - How long do you take to deliver once an order is placed?

 A - Generally once orders are placed it is dispatched from our location within 2 to 3 Working Days unless specified at the time of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched from our facility an automatic email is generated to intimate you with the necessary details to track your shipment with our courier partners.

 

However for customers who place an order with a non UAE Credit Card will undergo an additional stage to verify the authenticity of the transaction where the customer will need to obtain an Authorization Code (or known as AUTH Code) from their Bank before the order is processed.

 

Q - Do you offer delivery in the GCC?

 

A - Yes, we do deliver to GCC (Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia) and to other parts of the world as well, to which shipping rates apply differently to their respective countries which you'll be able to know at the time of checkout.
 

Q - Do you do same day delivery in UAE?
A - We normally provide delivery the same day in Dubai but depending on the influx of orders it does take approximately around 2 -3 Days across UAE via priority shipping.

 Q - I live outside UAE do you have Cash on Delivery option available?

A - No we don’t offer Cash on Delivery (COD) option for orders shipping out of UAE.

A - Yes, absolutely. We will keep your cart saved with us. The selected items will not be removed unless you remove those. However, since our inventory sells out fast, it is advised that you complete your purchase as soon as you can.
